We always dispatch items as quickly as possible: usually within 1–2 working days (unless noted otherwise). We dispatch inland items via first class post, and international orders via Royal Mail Airmail. International postage can take some time and we thank our foreign customers for their patience.

Please note that these delivery services do not include order tracking; if you require this service, please let us know before we dispatch your order.

If, after a reasonable period, your item has still not arrived, please let us know so that we can heckle the post office on your behalf — and if necessary dispatch a replacement.
